2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court had dismissed the petitioner's petition for anticipatory bail on the earlier occasion.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and that she was residing separately.

5.However this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate and apply for regular

bail. On such application is being filed, the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the bail application on the same day.
