This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.
3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that so far the third and fourth respondent had not given any complaint against the petitioner herein before the second respondent police. He would further submit that as of now, no petition is pending against the petitioner.
4.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7986 of 2020 5.It is made clear now that there is no complaint against the petitioner, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
