18. Boss ... Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer: Suo motu Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif, Palani, to dispose E.P.No.86 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Registry received a Letter from one K.Balasubramaniam who is the fourth defendant and the petitioner in E.P.No.86 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani. His letter is taken as a Suo motu Civil Revision petition. He had earlier filed C.R.P. (MD)No.2399 of 2017 for striking off E.A.No.135 of 2017 in E.P.No.86 of 2008 in O.S.No.53 of 1977. This Court by Order dated 14.12.2017 had allowed the Civil Revision petition and struck off the E.A.No.135 of 2017.

2. It is seen that the execution petition is pending for more than 10 years. The suit itself is of the year 1977. Therefore, the learned District Munsif, Palani, is directed to conclude the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entire proceedings on or before 31.07.2018 and report compliance to this Court.

3. The Suo Motu Civil Revision petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
