It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioners; the presence of the petitioners is not required for any enquiry; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the second respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
