O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.11.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 04.11.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.02.2016 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
