This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2014, seeking to take appropriate action to cancel the double family cards, possessed by the 5th respondent herein and also to prosecute him.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the fourth respondent has already passed an order, cancelling one family card of the fifth respondent in Family Card No.17/W/0013193 vide proceedings dated 08.04.2015 in Na.Ka.A4/2439/2015. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08.04.2015 to that effect. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
