The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 05.12.2017 to change of patta in so far as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner is concerned regarding the land in Survey Nos.364/2A (Extent of 1.48 Acres), 364/2C (extent of 77 cents) of Ayan Thenkarai Village Group, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondents 1 and 2.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
