****** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.11.2017 in connection with a case in Crime No.429/2017 on the file of the Oddanchatram Police Station, Dindigul District for offence under Section 379 IPC. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
