O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to register, a case against the proposed accused, on the complaint given by the petitioner , dated 24.02.2016 and investigate the same within the time.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.02.2016, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.12 of 2016.
