For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.97 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii)I.P.C and r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition and Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.97 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner always quarrelled with the defacto complainant without any valid reason. Whenever, the defacto complainant questioned the same, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.6496 of 2021 5.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having four previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
