ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Marimuthu, aged 54 years. It is alleged in the affidavit that the detenu went missing from 27.10.2017. Since, he could not be traced, the petitioner preferred a complaint before the respondent police. Since, no effective steps were taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced by the respondent police. On enquiry, he has stated that due to some dispute with the petitioner, on his own accord, he left his house and went to Chennai and now, expressed his willingness to go along with the petitioner.
