ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.02.2023 lodged before the 1st respondent which was forwarded to the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that during the course of enquiry it was found that there was a civil dispute between the father and son and that they are requested to resolve the issue through civil Court proceedings. On the basis of the above said talks the said complaint was closed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
