ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi in Crl.M.P.No.2287 of 2018 in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2018 dated 18.07.2018 by modifying the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in C.A.No.81 of 2018, dated 31.01.2019. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties.
