This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 1 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 1 of 2020 and also filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.1146 of 2020.
