ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420, 472 and 473 I.P.C., in Crime No.RC MA1 2012 A 0015 and under Sections 120(b) and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.RC MA1 2012 A 0016, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / first accused and Mr.S.Jeyakumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent in both cases.

It is seen that the respondent Police after completion of investigation in both cases have filed charge sheets before the learned Special Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai, in C.C.Nos.5 and 6 of 2014, respectively. Further, it is seen that since the petitioner / first accused did not appear before the Trial Court during trial, a non-bailable warrant was issued against him.

Under such circumstances, both the criminal original petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner / first accused to file fresh anticipatory bail applications by giving the C.C.Nos.5 and 6 of 2014.
