ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent (AWPS) not to harass the petitioner herein and his family members under the guise of enquiry relating to a matrimonial dispute.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before the Enquiry Officer understanding was reached between the defacto complainant and the petitioner and they agreed to file a petition to resolve their issue.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police also confirmed the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed of as infructuous.
