ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C(Suspicious Death) @ 302, 201 of IPC @ 147, 148, 120 (b), 302 and 201 of IPC in Crime No.77 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that one burned female body was found near Duraisamupuram Village, so the VAO of the said village gave a complaint before the respondent police.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that based on the confession statment the petitioner name was involved in this case. Hence, he prays for grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the deceased Muruga Lakshmi's elder daughter One Venkateshwari had a love affair with her calss mate and knowing the same the family members of the said Venkateshwari made an arrangement of marriage with her close relatives. In the mean while the deceased helped her daughter's love marriage and the same was performed on 22.04.2021. After knowing the love marriage the petitioner along with the other accused assaulted the deceased and caused death. Hence, he vehementaly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant of bail to the petitioner.
