2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, these petitions are ordered and the time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
