ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai in M.P.No. 4614 of 2018 in STC.No.288 of 2016.

2.The petitioner is an accused in the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. While pending trial, the petitioner filed a petition to examine four witness on his behalf. After considering the facts and circumstances, the trial Court granted permission to examine two witnesses alone and rejected the prayer of examining other two witnesses. Even till today, the petitioner did not examine any of the witnesses so far. Hence, this Courts finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai is directed to complete the trial in STC.No.288 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
