This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 09.04.2021.

2.The allegation as against the petitioner is that the petitioner as a Panchayat Secretary has forged signatures of the President and the Vice President of Village Panchayat and misappropriated a sum of Rs.1,50,306/-, for which, he was placed under suspension, by order dated 09.04.2021. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition. 3.Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that charge memo was issued to the petitioner on 31.05.2021.

4.In view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to proceed with the departmental proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, if the domestic enquiry is not concluded within six months period, the fourth respondent shall review the order of suspension dated, 09.04.2021. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
