: Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records to the detention order passed by the second respondent in No.M.H.S.Confdl No.120/2017 dated 09.11.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Gomathisankar aged about 37 years, S/o.Subramanian, before this Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.6036, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 22.12.2017, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording his submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
