2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The writ petitioner challenges the show cause notice issued by the respondent. During the pendency of these writ proceedings, final order itself has been passed. The petitioner has to question the final order by availing the appeal remedy. Nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings.

4. With these observations and liberty, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P. (MD). No. 1 of 2014 is closed.
