The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to appoint him by conversion of full time subordinate staff as sweeper - cum - peon, in accordance with Bank's Publication No.20 Bank of Baroda - Book of Instructions - Volume 20, Clause 20:32, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2015. 2.Since the representation of the petitioner is of the year https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2015, due to passage of time, no direction can be given as such.

However, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if he is still aggrieved and the authority concerned shall deal with the same in accordance with law. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
