This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take necessary action on the complaint dated 10.02.2025 lodged by the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint on 10.02.2025 as against one Janani and others for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court and the illegal sale of the property, but no action was taken. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no enquiry was conducted and no any closure report was served to the petitioner.

Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and already the complaint of the petitioner was considered by the second respondent and the same was closed after enquiry, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. Today the copy of the closure report is also furnished to the petitioner's counsel. In view of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law and this writ petition is closed. No costs.
