ORDER

****** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The petitioner is the husband of the detenu, viz., Deepa, aged 27 years. It is averred in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that the detenu is working as a Teacher in Selection Matriculation School, Aranthangi and went to School on 18.11.2017 and thereafter, did not return. Since her whereabouts is not known, the petitioner preferred a complaint before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police on 19.11.2017 and since no effective steps were taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the detenu has been produced by the respondent police. On enquiry, she has stated that due to some family dispute, on her own accord, she left the matrimonial house.

However, she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner/husband. 3.In view of the willingness expressed, nothing survives for adjudication in this present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
