For Respondent : Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.75 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 286 I.P.C read with Section 9(B)(1)(a) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884, in Crime No.75 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that without having valid license, the petitioner was engaged in manufacturing of crackers. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is a registered license holder and he has filed an application for renewing the license for manufacturing the crackers. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no valid license with the petitioner and he has strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not having a valid license and he was manufacturing crackers without license, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
