RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition as to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in the Crime No.92/2022 instead of to pay sum of Rs.4,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant by the way of demand draft on or before 6/4/2023 in Crl.OP(MD)no.4218/2023 dt.10/3/2023 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition as to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in the Crime No.92 of 2022 instead of to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- directly to the defacto complainant by the way of demand draft on or before 06.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4218 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds no reason to modify the above said condition. That apart, the petitioner, in another case, settled entire amount and got acquitted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
