This petition has been filed to direct the the third and fourth respondent police(i.e., the Inspector of Police & SubInspector of Police, H3 Sholavandhan P.S.) to register a case against the 6th respondent under Sections 406, 420 & 294(b) I.P.C. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report within the period specified by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 30.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.06.2015 and a copy of the Closure Report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
