ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to appoint him by conversion of full time subordinate staff as sweeper - cum - peon in accordance with Bank's Publication No.20-20:32 and also based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent. There is no representation for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Court is of the view that since the representation of the petitioner is of the year 2015, due to passage of time, no direction can be given as such. However, it is open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, if he is still aggrieved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the authority concerned shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
