WMP(MD) No.7812 of 2020 Respondents 1 and 2, while admitting the Writ Petition, the court made the following order:- Heard Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.R.Rajagopalan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General states that the tender process has already been over and the work order was issued on 15.07.2020. He further states that the work has already been started and it progress to some extent also. Therefore, the question of granting an order of interim injunction does not arise. Hence, the interim injunction application is dismissed. However, the rejection order passed by the authority has to be examined. List the matter on 21.08.2020.
