The petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent seeking action against respondents 8 to 10, who are alleged to have drawn high-tension electricity lines beneath the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No. 343/12, situated at Ariyanayagapuram, Vallakulam Village, Srivaikuntam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2026, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to respondents 8 to 10, and to pass appropriate orders.
