Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.U.Ni 6/2198/ 2014 dated 06.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to authorize the second respondent herein to sign in the cheques along with the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned order of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.U.Ni 6/2198/ 2014 dated 06.11.2014, vide which, the cheque signing power, was vested with the third respondent, being the Ward Member of Radhapuli Village Panchayat.
