O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, questioning the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A2/2888/2012 dated 11.02.2014, by which, power has been granted to the third respondent herein to handle the accounts of the Thumbivadi panchayat, temporarily.

2. It is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
