COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) These Writ Appeals have been filed challenging the order of learned Single Judge, directing the appellants herein to consider the representations of the respondents/Writ Petitioners, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.111, School Education Department, dated 09.05.2012

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants would submit that the representations of the respondents/Writ Petitioners have been considered and orders have been passed rejecting the request of the respondents/Writ Petitioners. Therefore, nothing survives in these Writ Appeals.

In view of the above, as the impugned orders merely directed the authorities to consider the representations of the respondents/Writ Petitioners, it is the duty of the appellants to consider the same. Admittedly, the appellants have now considered the representations and pass orders. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Appeals.

4. Accordingly, all these Writ Appeals are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
