Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandmus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue Hindu-Kattunayakkan Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioners daughter Namely P.R.Rani Nivetha and P.R.Sivakumar on the basis of the application dated 31.08.2015 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The relief sought for by the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.08.2015 for grant of Hindu Kattunayakkan community certificate to the petitioner's children namely, P.R.Rani Nivetha and P.R.Sivakumar.

2.Mr.M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that unless and until, the application is given in a prescribed format, it would not be considered. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to furnish the application in the prescribed format to the second respondent for considering his claim in accordance with law. On receipt of such application, the said authority shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
