ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the leaned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Ponram, who is the father of the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.126 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and the petitioner has given a undertaking that he will hand over the child on 31.03.2023. On that basis, the complaint was closed. He further submitted that with regard to the custody of child, continuos trouble arose between the parties.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly. this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. With regard to the custody of the child, the parties 2/4

are directed approach the concerned Court through the appropriate proceedings.
