O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, some cases have been foisted against the petitioner's son and now he is not in home and the petitioner is also not known about the whereabouts of his son. While so, the respondents no.3 and 4 are frequently called the petitioner for enquiry even after the petitioner has stated that he has no contact with his son. Therefore, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's son involved in so many cases and Non Bailable Warrant is also pending from the year 2023 onwards. The petitioner is frequently contacting with his son over phone and thereby, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, recording the above said submission of the respondents no.3 and 4 that they have not harassed the petitioner and only for enquiry purpose, they called him, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
