This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to file Final Report in crime No.228 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, on the file of the first respondent before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent already filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar on 19.02.2025 through online and the same is pending. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the second respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the first respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.228 of 2024 and they also filed the Final Page No. 2 of 4

Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
