[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been arrested on 27.11.2017 in connection with the case in Crime Nos.178/2017, 2009/2017 and 613/2017 and remanded to judicial custody. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
