ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb based on his complaint, dated 11.02.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent police, would submit that petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.65 of 2016, dated 11.02.2016, was duly enquired by the respondent police and the same has been closed, as the case is civil in nature and the parties were directed to workout their remedies before the civil Court.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed as no further order is required.
