C.A. No.70 of 2018 dated 29.01.2019 including the subsequent order dated 14.03.2019 to suspend the sentence.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that this petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.03.2019 to suspend the sentence and now the main appeal itself was disposed of and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
