PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the life and limbs of the petitioner and her daughter, by taking necessary actions by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.04.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and her daughter, by taking necessary actions by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 03.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 01.02.2018 and the same is still pending.
