Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 12.06.2019 challenging the wrong inclusion of the petitioner's property in another person's patta.
3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the application of the petitioner is now pending with the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul.
4. Considering that the Revenue Divisional Officer is not considering the petitioner's application which is pending more that 5 years since the petitioner had made an application for correction of the wrong inclusion of the petitioner's survey number in third party's patta, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul to consider the petitioner's representation which was forwarded to him by the Tahsidlar, Athoor Taluk in Na.Ka.No.3944/2019/Aa1 and pass final order, after hearing the petitioner and all other interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
