PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to direct 2nd respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioners for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representations dated 21.04.2022 and 23.04.2022 within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioners for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representations dated 21.04.2022 and 23.04.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.It is seen that the petitioners 2 and 3 have given representations dated 21.04.2022 and 23.04.2022 to the second respondent and the same are still pending without any progress. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
