Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.The petitioner herein is working as a Clerk in the third respondent society. The fourth respondent herein was promoted as a Secretary of the Society on 12.01.2012. The petitioner questioned the same by filing the Revision Petition before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Society. But the same was rejected on 12.06.2014. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 07.07.2014 before the first respondent. It appears that the said appeal is yet to be disposed of.

5.This Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 07.07.2014 filed by the petitioner questioning the promotion given to the fourth respondent on or before 31.03.2018, if not already disposed of .

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
