The Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli : Respondents PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the order made in P.D.No.38/2017 dated 17.11.2017 in detaining the detenu under 2(b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Bootlegger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Pagudi @ Palanisamy, S/o.Thelkadiyan @ Thenkadi, Male, aged about 50 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
