ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the Prayer Sessions and performance of the other religious rituals conducted in the petitioner's building in S.No.1262/3B2 at Nagampatty Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

W.P (MD).No.8844 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 23.04.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent herein and other counter parties if any, and dispose the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
