Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's application dated 09.10.2014 seeking cancellation of Gift deed as document No.53 of 2011 dated 05.01.2011 registered with the second respondent office in respect of the petitioner's lands in Survey No.1399/1 in Patta No.2628 at Munthal Mallingaswamy Kovil Area, Bodinayakkanur Village, Theni District and giving opportunity to all the parties concerned within the time stipulated in the light of the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, Registration Department by this Court.
