Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the guideline issued by the 2nd respondent by his proceedings in Oo.Moo.No.61163/NeeBee7/2/2013 dated 27.11.2013 by considering the petitioner representation dated 03.01.2014 within a time that is stipulated by this Court. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents to implement the guideline issued by the second respondent by his proceedings in Oo.Moo.No.61163/NeeBee7/2/2013, dated 27.11.2013 by considering the petitioner representation dated 03.01.2014. 2.For the relief of having assistance of a next friend at the time of scan to avoid misbehavior by technicians, is a larger issue which has to be considered by the first respondent. However, no representation has been submitted by the petitioner sangam. 3.Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to make a proper representation to the first respondent and it is for him to decide the issue on its own merit and in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
