PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022 and to give suitable police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty by fencing his property in S.F.No.351/1, 352/5 measuring Hec 1.37.50 situated in K.Periyapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022 and to give suitable police protection to the petitioner's life and liberty by fencing his property in S.F.No.351/1, 352/5 measuring Hec 1.37.50 situated in K.Periyapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2022 to the third respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
